Who takes away our sin
Behold the Lamb of God
The life and light of men
Behold the Lamb of God
Who died and rose again
Behold the Lamb of God who comes
To take away our sin.

I couldn't get through those words without crying this weekend.

I'm reminded that He was born to die. for me.
my sins are gone.
I'm washed clean.
I'm God's dear child.

So no matter who's not speaking to me.
No matter who resents me.
No matter the sadness and emptiness and brokenheartedness...
