I think that I need to add the phrase, "very well, then" to my vernacular. 
For instance: 
Man behind the counter of my local gas station: Hey man, can I give you $7000, just because you're a good customer?
Me: sure!
Man: are twenties OK?
Me: very well, then.


Watch for it.  It'll be added immediately.
